Common Questions About CBD

CBD (or cannabidiol) is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in cannabis. CBD is the active ingredient in virtually all of our products. Studies show that CBD may promote full-body balance, which can lead to all sorts of positive benefits.
Full spectrum CBD products contain just under 0.3% THC by weight.

It depends on the testing standards of the lab administering your drug test. Most lab tests only search for THC, which is the main psychoactive component of the cannabis plant. Initial “point of care” drug tests can also confuse CBD for THC, resulting in a ‘false positive.’ If this happens to you, insist on more accurate confirmation testing. You can always contact a lab directly to verify exactly what will be tested.

Those of you who have an upcoming drug test may want to avoid full spectrum and broad spectrum products and switch to CBD isolate temporarily. When in doubt, consult your physician first.

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a group of cannabinoid receptors located in the brain and throughout the central and peripheral nervous systems, consisting of neuromodulatory lipids and their receptors.

There are two main types of receptors in the ECS: CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are primarily located in the central nervous system and brains of mammals, and CB2 is generally found in the peripheral nervous system. Mammals produce two main endocannabinoids: 2-AG and anandamide.

Shipping Questions

We offer FREE shipping for all destinations within the United States.

After you place an order, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days once the payment has been verified. If you placed an order on the weekend, you will have to wait until Monday for the order to be processed and shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed and can take 1-3 days. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly or you may contact us at: [email protected] or (888) 772-6008.

All items are shipped from Florida. We utilize various shipping couriers (including USPS, UPS, DHL, and more) to offer customers the best experience available. It typically takes 2-5 business days to all destinations in America.

If your package did not arrive 2 days after the expected arrival date, please contact us at [email protected] and we will open up a case with the shipping courier. It can take up to 5 business days to complete an investigation. In the event of an unrecoverable package, we will send you a one time replacement package of up to $150.

There are times when a postal worker scans the package ahead of time stating “Successfully Delivered” and delivers it the next day.

It can take up to 5 business days to complete an investigation. In the event of an unrecoverable package, we will send you a one time replacement package of up to $150.
