Shipping Processing Time

We only ship to locations within the United States of America.

After you place an order, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days once the payment has been verified. If you placed an order on the weekend, you will have to wait until Monday for the order to be processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

ATTENTION: Shipping times may vary and/or be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

All items are shipped from Florida. We utilize various shipping couriers (including USPS, UPS, DHL, and more) to offer customers the best experience available. It typically takes 2-5 business days to all destinations in America. We offer FREE shipping for all destinations within the United States.

Wrong or Incorrect Address

EliteOrganix is not liable for any products that are shipped to an incorrect or wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter in the correct address details. If a package comes back to us as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping).

Damages

EliteOrganix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged, please contact the shipping courier that delivered your order to file a claim.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order anytime before the product is shipped.
